An 18% Buyer’s Premium applies on all purchases. On the day following the auction all purchases must be paid in full by CASH, DEBIT, BANK DRAFT, E-TRANSFER to JOINER SALES CORP (Credit cards [Visa, M/C] accepted on purchases not exceeding $2000 on entire purchase).
Applicable buyer’s premium and 5% GST & 7% PST (BC mfrs. exempt PST with PST#) will be added to the bid price on all items.
REMOVAL TERMS:
The sale site will be open 8am to 4pm Wed. thru Sun, Aug. 21st to Aug.25th to facilitate removal of all items. Further day(s) will be potential for the main shop structure and the modular hjome/office building.
All removal must be completed by 4pm, Sat,, Aug. 31st, 2024 in all instances.
